The thing is, you can easily install an app (GMD Gesture command) to enable gestures as your means of navigating the android UI. It works perfectly and the great thing is you can add “custom gestures” to multitask or even to launch apps.

Android or iOS makes new gestures and features the reaction is “Can’t wait until people get used to these new features and learn them” Blackberry does the same thing and we get “I think this may be too complicated for the everyday user”. People are so damn biased its sad. Android phones are not as intuitive as people make them out to be, and iOS is becoming increasingly boring. IMO the BB10 OS looks more promising than iOS did when it was first released. Hopefully people will try something new.

well done Josh. Well done review. I can’t put my finger on it but even with the Blackberry playbook, the tablet I was destined to own, fell flat nce it got beyond the colorful presentations. This feels like more of the same with the z10. As cool as he gestures are on the z10, there seems to be too many of them. Almost like this could be another android launcher and I’m sure one is in the works for that platform. I’ll have a review unit soon so I’ll see if I’m right.

really, there are actually more BB haters rather than BB fanboys/girls.
i’ve yet to watch reviewers in youtube really giving credits on what BB10 is now able to do (including this review which clearly stated “the browser is very good, and certainly AS CAPABLE AS any other modern mobile browser. . .” well it’s not; it’s the fastest). i am a BB user (just for the BBM) and judging by the previous sucky, totally laggy performance by previous BB products, BB10 is a huge step. just give em a chance

Shouldn’t do a review on a phone if you’re going to mostly talk about the flaws and compare it to the outdated iPhone. BlackBerry just released the phone. It has GREAT potential. Carry on.

Wow, i really like the phone and i think it is so much more superior compared to the newer phones like the Lumia 920. especially emailing features and such (Duh! it’s BB!) But my biggest gripe is the ease of use.

3:23 – 3:40: This part that the reviewer spoke about, just made my mind went bonkers. Personally if it’s difficult to navigate between the basic apps like messaging/email/twitter etc, then it really gets the bad mark from me. This part just sounds alot like the Nokia 920 to me.

you are silly! This device was reveal far before the iPhone 5 was revealed. this actually makes Apple’s iPhone 5 the copier of the Blackberry 10. hehe
