| The product arrived on time, even though we bought a new phone, the one we received was used and works perfectly fine, it came just in a ziplock bag without the original box, instruction manual, installation CD. We live overseas, so we decided to keep it. |

As a high school student, my phone has been handled by many people, and i have dropped it almost every day. I have even dropped it in a gutter full of water on a rainy day, and with out a problem, it turned back on perfectly in a couple days.
This phone is the best one i have had. Besides the amazing durability, it is easy to text, because the keyboard layout is the same as a computer keyboard. There are many features that are very helpful.
i would recommend this phone to anyone looking for durability, and a good phone for the price that they pay. |

| Excellent product. Was a gift for our daughter and she's extremely happy with it. As all blackberry products, high quality and at a reasonable good price. Just the shipment should be slightly faster. |
